Khinkali at Monadire restaurant in Tskneti, Georgia.

This is khinkali, which is one of the national dishes of the country of Georgia.  It is also one of my favorites.  It is a dumpling/ravioli-esque dish that has meat in the inside.  It is served with black pepper, and you usually drink beer while eating them.

This particular plate of khinkali was served at a restaurant named Monadire in a town called Tskneti.
